I had been looking for a better way to lose weight, but wasn’t having any luck. I got some diet ideas from a few friends but they were all such different diets and I wanted one that would have guaranteed results. I know there’s no way to make sure I’ll get the same results as anybody else does, but I wanted to maximize the possibility.
